I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The room was spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean, with modern amenities like a TV and fridge. The staff were friendly and always available to assist. The treatments I received were done professionally and exactly according to my schedule. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi access in my room, which was fast and reliable. Another great feature was the hotel's own spring with mineral water, conveniently located on the first floor. Additionally, the hotel's location, just a short walk through the park from the historic center of this city, was perfect.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and cozy, with TVs and mini-fridges to ensure maximum comfort. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the historic center, and a lovely park with beautiful views. the staff was friendly and incredibly responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The mineral water spring in the hotel was a delightful treat, which we enjoyed immensely.
While we had an amazing time at the hotel, we struggled a bit with the language barrier. We found that very few people spoke English or Russian, so having at least a little knowledge of Czech or German helped.

During my Christmas stay, I had a very comfortable room with a TV and fridge. the staff was very friendly and responsive. I enjoyed free Wi-Fi access in my room, and there was even a spring with mineral water inside the hotel. the hotel's location 300 - 400 meters from the historic center was a key advantage.
Other guests should be aware that a basic knowledge of German or Czech language would be helpful to have a more comfortable stay in the area since English and Russian are not widely spoken.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the charming historic center of town. You can easily explore the area by taking a leisurely stroll through the park, which is only 300-400 meters away. the central location allows you to experience the beauty and atmosphere of Frantiskovy Lazne without any hassle.
It would have been helpful if more of the staff spoke English or Russian.
